Our Story
Business Health Advisory (BHA) was founded in the UK in 2026 by Thomas Black BSc CA a finance professional with extensive experience gained across both professional services and commercial environments.
Thomas spent a number of years working within the Big Four, where he developed a strong technical foundation in finance, accounting, business performance and strategic advisory with a heavy focus on PE & VC clients.
BHA was started with a simple belief: every business has a level of health, and healthy businesses perform better, grow faster, and are more resilient during challenging times.
Just as individuals benefit from regular health check-ups, businesses need ongoing assessment and care to reach their full potential. Too often, business owners focus on day-to-day operations while underlying issues such as declining profitability, weak cash flow, operational inefficiencies, or missed growth opportunities develop unnoticed. Like untreated health concerns, these issues can gradually worsen and leave a business vulnerable when challenges arise.
